Requirements
Participants engage in an agile approach to project execution. Beyond that, no special requirements are necessary.
According to the objective of the workshop, we recommend the participation of employees from the areas or the roles: Project Manager and all persons involved in the project.
Advantages
The methodologies of the agile project approach are used and tested within an active project. As a result, what is learned is memorized more quickly and the application of the methodology is better accepted. The Agile Coach supports you in adapting and optimizing your own agile project approach.
Duration
The job shadowing takes place over a period of 2 weeks. Subsequently, the transition takes place as coaching over 2 more weeks. Depending on the scope of the coaching, the duration of the transition phase is clarified in a preliminary meeting.
